Key Functions

  • Lead and manage a team of hiring managers across the country to grow our Active Guest Teacher pool by 500+ in the 2018-19 School Year and beyond. We currently have 800 guest teachers and are looking to expand to 1,600 by the end of this year.
  • Creative autonomy to build partnerships and launch endeavors to source teachers at scale.
  • Rebuild and refine the systems and processes involved with sourcing, communicating, hiring, and on-boarding top caliber guest teachers.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support in designing and filling an organizational chart to support CSTN’s next phase of growth.
  • Strengthen and manage the existing GT engagement strategy.


Key Skills

  • 5+ years experience in a leadership capacity in a people operations or human resources team, ideally for a high-growth organization.
  • Uncanny ability to spot other’s strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
  • Proven leadership ability to develop others into leaders
  • Energizing and uplifting personality; proactive with solution-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrates grace, tact, diplomacy and professionalism when interacting with others
