The Regional Director of College Readiness will drive the success, development, and implementation of College Readiness for our first graduating class in 2018-2019.

The Regional Director of College Readiness will support college access for Summit students in Washington by providing individualized mentorship and counseling; teaching a college readiness course to 11th-grade students as needed; fostering relationships and sharing information with students’ families; and developing partnerships with Washington colleges and universities. This role will collaborate closely with the California Director of College Readiness and will support two of our schools in Tacoma and Seattle.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in college readiness or college admissions, and is able to advocate for related initiatives. The ideal candidate has exceptional relationship-building skills, an ability to engage potential college and university partnerships in the area, and can communicate with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate is flexible, motivated by data to drive action, and is eager to support college access.
