At DeansList, our goal is to build exceptional software that empowers schools and educators to be their most successful. We know that school leaders and educators have great ideas of how to make their schools run smoothly and help every student succeed, but that what’s available often fall short of these visions. Our tools streamline day-to-day operations, giving educators the ability to design robust systems that engage students and families, while keeping a whole school staff up-to-speed, without the burden of complex data management. DeansList goes beyond grades and standardized tests and helps administrators focus on non-academic issues critical to student success - areas like attendance, family engagement, character education and behavior/discipline. Our goal is to put relevant, timely information into the hands of every stakeholder in a child’s education (teachers, administrators, parents and the students themselves). We can automatically alert families when students hit their third tardy, loop in the school counselor when a student is having a tough week, and flag students who are falling behind academically, so nothing falls through the cracks. DeansList is used by hundreds leading schools around the country, including high-performing charter school networks like KIPP, Uncommon Schools and Democracy Prep.
