RESOURCE: Applying for DACA Status Renewal

While the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is not accepting requests from individuals who have never before been granted deferred action under DACA, DACA recipients whose status has expired – or is set to expire – can apply for a new two-year permit.
