Encourage Lawmakers to Maintain Funding for Our Students

Here's what we're coming to say:

  • Education must remain a priority. Lawmakers have tough choices ahead, and funding for public school students, including charter public schools, must remain a priority.
  • Charter public schools are free, public, and open to all. Families have made it clear—they rely on these great public school options. Legislators must continue to support these schools.
  • Education is a paramount investment in Washington’s future, and students cannot afford to lose resources. We appreciate leaders who stand up to protect funding for all public school students, including charter schools.

  • 10 am – Checkin and arrival at Capitol (Columbia Room)
  • 11-11:30 am – Rally on Capitol steps
  • 11:30-11:45 am – Photo on the Capitol steps
  • 12-2 pm – Buffet lunch (Columbia Room) & various activities
  • 2 pm – Bus departure
